Kim Del Guercio, MPH

Kim Del Guercio is a public health professional with more than seven years of experience in public health program and performance management. She has worked with a variety of public health programs both domestically and internationally, supporting both donors and award recipients.
Ms. Del Guercio is currently leading a number of surge projects to support the Emory Global Health Institute with the implementation of the CHAMPS Network. She is also a Manager with Deloitte Consulting, LLP. In her role, she provides strategic oversight to the program, including developing the overall governance and operational structures, managing development and implementation of the project plan, and providing strategic frameworks to drive program development.
In previous roles at Deloitte Consulting, LLP, Ms. Del Guercio supported a number of clients at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention with grants management process improvement, performance management system development, strategic planning, and organizational transformation.
Ms. Del Guercio graduated from Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health with a Master’s degree in Public Health with concentrations in Global Health and Public Nutrition. While in graduate school, she worked with the Food Fortification Initiative, an international public-private partnership that advocated for improved nutrition. She also has experience working on health and economic development projects in the Federated States of Micronesia, South Africa and Malawi.
