Senior Finance Analyst

Jes Hand serves as one of two Senior Finance Analyst in the CHAMPS program office, focusing on financial management for CHAMPS sites in South Africa, Mali, Kenya, and Mozambique. Before joining the CHAMPS team, Jes spent five years managing federal and non-federal sponsored projects for global health and epidemiology faculty at Emory University’s Rollins School of Public Health. During this time, CHAMPS was among the key projects in her portfolio, providing her with invaluable experience in global health finance. Earlier in her career, Jes worked as an Immigration Attorney at the Latin American Association, where she specialized in supporting victims of crime. Her diverse professional background underscores her dedication to advancing impactful initiatives and supporting vulnerable populations.
